Going back, I kind of wish I never bought a new laptop charger.. bwahaha. Umm, actually, it’s not funny at all. I swear, my house was so clean when I was without it. I just did a lot more of deep cleaning. Now that my laptop is back in action, it seems I only straighten up. Straightening up is okay, but I mean how many days can you go with just straightening up. I need to wash these floors, dust, organize etc. etc.
I also feel like I was on my way to getting back in shape too. It’s crazy because it was only a few days that I was without the charger, and my life seemed to go at a faster pace. I got more things done, cleaned more, exercised more, probably drank water more often and felt a lot much better. In those few days, I was also getting to bed a lot earlier. I had nothing to do past 10 o’clock so I was snoring away. Ah, it was lovely. I also read more and wrote more.
This laptop brings me nothing but grief. Sure it’s great to blog once or twice a day. That isn’t the problem. My problem is, I constantly check my mails in between doing things with the boys.. I wash a few dishes then check up on Perez. . I sort out the laundry then check out people.com. . Make some lunch then check out some blogs. I don’t know, stare at the screen a bit. See what’s the latest on Barack. . The latest on McCain.
How do you just unplug it and say NO. I will only spend a certain amount of time on you and then that’s it.. YOU’RE DONE, laptop.
I want to check my mails in the morning when I wake up and then blog after the boys are in bed. This is what I’ve been telling myself and then, well, just caught up. I swear though it has to stop. I walked in tonight and OMG. What’s that smell? OMG, What’s that smell? ? I go nut, because I can’t stand bad smells. I start throwing left overs out, take the garbage out. STILL the SMELL is lingering. OH GOD, what is that smell? I will tear this kitchen apart.
It turns out it was a bag of rotting potatoes.
If that’s not the nastiest thing, I don’t know what is. Thank you rotting bag of potatoes. Because of you, I will no longer keep my access to the internet on at all times. I have better things to do.
