What to do? What to do? With rising gas prices.. well rising prices of anything and everything, it looks like a lot of us are going nowhere. Just a trip to the store for a gallon of milk can seem pricey. Cigarettes costing close to 10 bucks a pack, can make the most nictotine addicted person ready to quit. Ahh, but still it’s Summer.. isn’t it to be enjoyed?
I’m just thinking about everything I’d like to do this summer.
The non pricey local day outings which include:
The usual picnic we have in Central Park.
Trips to the Bronx Zoo and Queens Zoo. . Oh and yea, we never went to Central Park Zoo.. So I’d like to make a day out to go there also.
The NY aquarium in BKLYN.
Coney Island.
Kiddie Cruise
Hmmmm.. .what else? What are you doing?
The other places I would really love to go this Summer include:
- Sesame Place
- A day out with Thomas
- Dutch Wonderland
- Hershey Park
- Visit my friend in NC
- Wildwood
- Lake George
I’d really like to make it all happen, but reality sets in and it seems that this Summer will only include the pool and Jones Beach. Oh well, I’ll try!
