My mother in law made this cake over the weekend. . It was amazing! Try it out.
Pistachio Cake
1 box white cake mix
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
5 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Mix cake mix with pudding mix. Add all other ingredients and mix with mixer until well blended.
Grease and flour baking pan and bake according to box directions.
Frosting
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 cup milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Mix pudding and milk. Add cool whip. Put in container and refrigerate overnight. Frost cake before serving.
