I am a 23 year old fierce, strong willed, daydreaming girl from Queens. . I married a man who I was with when he was just a boy. . I’ve been with him since he had absolutely no hair on his chest  I guess you can say we grew up with each other. Not an everyday college sweetheart bla bla bla love story. But it’s our story and I love him deeply. We have two gorgeous boys and are now a family of 4.
Things moved fast for me, you can say.
Two weeks after I graduated high school I found out I was pregnant. I’ll never forget my mom telling me, “How are you going to take care of a kid? You can’t even take care of yourself? Remember you couldn’t even take care of a turtle!? I had to wake you up for school everyday”. I came a long wayyyy and I’m proud of myself, the sacrifices I’ve made, and my life.
Four days after my 18th Birthday, My husband and I got married on a beautiful Monday morning in city hall. It wasn’t the wedding I dreamt of my whole life but it was how I exchanged my vows and feel blessed to have married such a great man.
I guess you can say I live a pretty simple life and thoroughly enjoy it. We’re a family of four and we live on a quiet road in Whitestone and enjoy our days with each other.  I will be going back to school in the fall and majoring in English.  I hope to begin teaching in five years or less.  Wish me luck! Going to school with children isn’t easy, to say the least.
My interests include reading, writing, cooking, walking, shopping, traveling, going to the beach, spending time with my family and friends, being with my boys 24-7, yah I’m one of those moms!, going out to eat, trying new things, meeting new people, networking and to sum it up- I just like to enjoy life!

Just so things don’t get confusing………..

My gorgeous 26 year old husband is referred to as The hub, hubby, dh…… which on good days will mean Dear Husband… and on bad…. Dick husband? Just kidding.  I must say, DH is the corniest abbreviation ever made. Who came up with that anyway? Whoever you are, you’re a cornball.

My rambunctious, creative, wild, adorable firstborn son who was born in February of 2004 will be referred to as R .

My little one, my peanut, my 2nd born son, who was born in November of 2007, will be referred to as A.
